Privacy policy

This is a translation of the Spanish text, provided to help you read it. If the two differ in any way, the Spanish version is the one that has legal effect.
In short
We store your email address and your study progress so you can pick up where you left off. We don't sell data, we don't build advertising profiles, and you can download or delete it yourself from your account at any time.
Data controller
The controller is the private individual who runs this site. Contact point for any privacy matter: hola@apruebanacionalidad.es.
What data we process
- Email address. It is the only thing we ask for to create the account, and it is necessary because access works through a link sent to that address.
- If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and your account identifier. We do not access your contacts, your calendar or any other Google data.
- Your study activity: which questions you have answered, whether you got them right, your mock exams and their results, and the questions you save as favourites.
- If you buy Premium access, we store the transaction identifier, the amount and the date. Your card details never pass through this site at any point.
What we use it for
To give you access to your account, to show you your progress and your outstanding mistakes, and to know whether you have bought Premium access. Nothing else. We do not send marketing emails and we do not pass data to third parties for advertising.
Legal basis
The processing is necessary to provide the service you request by creating an account (performance of a contract). For purchases, also compliance with legal invoicing obligations.
Who else is involved
To operate, the service relies on providers that process data on our behalf:
- Supabase — database and authentication. Servers in the European Union (Ireland).
- Vercel — website hosting.
- Resend — sending the email with your sign-in link.
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe is who receives and processes your card details; we neither see nor store them.
- Google — only if you choose to sign in with your Google account.
How long
For as long as your account is open. If you delete it, your profile, your answers, your mock exams, your favourites and your purchases are deleted immediately and in cascade. Invoicing records may be kept for as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection at any time. Two of them are automated and require asking no one:
- Download all your data as a file, from your account.
- Delete your account and everything in it, from your account.
For the rest, write to hola@apruebanacionalidad.es. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you believe your data has not been handled properly.
Minors
This service is aimed at adults preparing a nationality application. It is not intended for minors and we do not knowingly collect data from people under 14.
