What you're buying
Premium is a one-time payment that unlocks practice with no daily cap, unlimited full mock exams, review of the questions you got wrong, favourite questions, your estimated score, performance analysis by task and your mock exam history. It is not a subscription: nothing renews and nothing is charged afterwards.
What stays free
With a free account you can practise a limited number of questions each day, each with its explanation, and sit one full mock exam at no cost. The daily limit is shown in the app and may change; changes do not affect anyone who has already bought Premium.
How the mock exam picks its questions
The mock exam uses the official exam rules (25 questions, 45 minutes, 15 correct to pass, and the distribution by task), but the questions are not drawn at random: we give priority to the ones you have got wrong or have not yet seen. That is why the mock exam score is usually lower than the official exam score, and it should not be read as a prediction of your real result.
Price and taxes
The price is shown in euros with taxes included before you confirm the purchase. The exact amount to be charged always appears on the payment screen.
Payment
Payment is processed through Stripe. Your card details are given directly to Stripe and do not pass through this site. You will receive a receipt for the transaction by email.
Access
Access is activated automatically once payment is confirmed and is tied to your account. If you don't see access activated within a few minutes of paying, write to us and we'll sort it out.
Duration
Access is permanent for as long as the service keeps running. If the service were to be discontinued, reasonable notice would be given by email.
Changes to the content
The official question bank is refreshed periodically. The content is updated to match, which may mean that withdrawn questions stop appearing.
Law and complaints
Spanish consumer law applies. For any complaint, write to hola@apruebanacionalidad.es first: the intention is to resolve it directly and quickly.
